How is this different to 1-1?
1-1 coaching is my premium service, we have constant communication on a 1-1 level and the program is tailored even more around the individuals lifestyle. They have access to the 1-1 Feel Your Best group chat, weekly check ins, exercise form checks via whatsapp, monthly goal setting calls and the 1-1 coaching is a 12 week minimum course.

With real commitment to the program, clients can expect to see significant weight loss, increased energy levels, improved fitness, improved relationship with food, improved confidence and improved sleep.
