Who is this programme for?

A lower priced program for people who want to build healthier habits, loose weight, tone up and embark on a journey to feeling their best within a community of likeminded people. If your unsure whether 1-1 is for you, the 8 week program is a great place to start. This program is also great for people who have a shorter deadline. This program is fully online and can be done at home or in the gym.

How is this different to 1-1?

1-1 coaching is my premium service, we have constant communication on a 1-1 level and the program is tailored even more around the individuals lifestyle. They have access to the 1-1 Feel Your Best group chat, weekly check ins, exercise form checks via whatsapp, monthly goal setting calls and the 1-1 coaching is a 12 week minimum course.
What results can I expect to see in 8 weeks?
With real commitment to the program, clients can expect to see significant weight loss, increased energy levels, improved fitness, improved relationship with food, improved confidence and improved sleep.

How much is the coaching?

How long do I need to commit for?

The initial program is 12 weeks, then we go on a month by month basis.

Can I join if I have food allergies or dietary requirements?

Yes absolutely! We have already helped people with food allergies. and who are vegan and vegetarian.

Can I do home workouts if I have no equipment ?

Yes absolutely! Your program will be tailored around your lifestyle and what you have access to.  Whether you want to train at home or go to your local gym,  we will support you every step of the way.
